Terms of Service

Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide a valid email address to complete the signup process.

Payment and Refunds

• Our free Starter plan is truly free: we do not ask for your credit card and will never sell your data.
• For paid plans, billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your subscription choice.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@practiso.io within 30 days of payment.

Cancellation and Termination

• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings.
• Upon cancellation, your content will become immediately inaccessible.
• Within 30 days of cancellation, all content will be permanently deleted from active systems. Within 60 days, all content will be permanently deleted from our backups.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• Verbal, physical, written or other abuse of any Practiso employee will result in immediate account termination.

Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice.
• We commit to providing at least 30 days notice for any pricing changes.
• We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. Your data is your data.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you provide to the Services.
• We will not share, sell, or use your client data for any purpose other than providing the Services to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Practiso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
